What the machines are for, any specs you need, how many, where they ship and by when. A rough count is fine.
We send a quote.
Priced for the machines you actually need. Ask us anything before you order.
Order the way you buy.
A purchase order, an email or the form. Need us set up as a vendor first? We’ll fill in your vendor form and W-9.
We ship it.
In bulk to one address or several sites, or one by one to your people’s homes.
How pricing works
A quote gets you the right machines at the right price. We keep a general price list, but with so many models and configurations, we match each order to the processor generation and spec you actually need, and price it on that.
- Have a budget? Let us know.
- Shipping is arranged as part of your quote, wherever the machines go.
- Tax-exempt? Send us your certificate and we won’t charge sales tax.
- Pay by credit card, ACH or wire transfer, or check. Net terms are available with a credit check.

We ship single orders to individual customers, and we turn around large bulk orders on short notice, including hundreds of work-at-home kits at a time.
We had an emergency order of 3,000 laptops… they directly shipped it to all of our employees at their homes. We saw it as a minor miracle.

What does refurbished mean?
Refurbished means a used computer has been inspected, tested and cleaned before it ships. Used only means someone owned it before.
Is the last owner’s data gone?
Yes. Every drive is wiped when the machine comes in, and wiped again before it ships, when we reimage it with a fresh operating system.
Which Windows license comes with it?
Every machine ships with genuine, licensed Windows. We hold several kinds of Windows licenses and match the right one to how you’ll use the machines when we quote. We’re a Microsoft Recognized Refurbisher.
What does the warranty cover?
Hardware defects under normal use. It covers the original buyer.
Can we return a bulk order?
Not for a change of mind. If a device arrives dead or damaged in shipping, tell us right away and we’ll repair, replace or refund it under the warranty. Online-store orders follow the store’s return policy.
