Device lifecycle management
Work-at-home devices, from first class to last day
Device lifecycle management for work-at-home (WAH) agents at call centers and business process outsourcers (BPOs). You hire in waves and agents come and go. We keep the machines moving, at one flat rate per redeployment.

What makes work-at-home equipment hard to run?
A new client ramp, a seasonal spike or a Windows 11 refresh means a class of new hires who each need a working machine at home on the first day of training. A machine that arrives late or dead is a seat that can’t take calls. And when agents leave, getting the machine back, wiped and out to the next hire is the step that slips when nobody owns it.

How does retrieval and redeployment work?
Regadget’s device lifecycle management is one flat rate per redeployment: we retrieve the machine, wipe it, re-image it and send it back out.
There’s no per-seat price. Your quote covers the kits you need and the redeployments.
Kit out new hires. A refurbished desktop, monitors and peripherals, shipped to each new hire’s home on short notice.
Retrieve. We get the machine back when an agent leaves. Your part: tell us when.
Wipe and re-image. Every drive is wiped before it goes back out. Damaged drives are crushed or shredded instead.
Send it back out. To the next agent’s home.
Every machine we sell you is Grade A or B, tested and graded in-house in Northern Kentucky, with genuine, licensed Windows, every drive wiped and a limited warranty.
Why redeploy instead of buying new?
Fewer machines to buy. One machine serves one agent after another, instead of sitting in a closet after the first one leaves.
One company, start to finish. The same company that built the kit retires it with free ITAD pickup when it’s done.
A second life after yours. When a machine is too old for your agents, what still has life is refurbished and delivered to the nonprofits and schools closing the digital divide. What can’t be saved goes to U.S.-based recyclers.
Questions call-center teams ask
How fast can you ship kits for a new class?
We ship single orders to individual customers, and we turn around large bulk orders on short notice, including hundreds of work-at-home kits at a time. Put your class date on the quote.
Do we have to buy the machines from you?
No. If you or your client already own the machines out with your agents, tell us on the form and we’ll run the loop on those.
What if a machine arrives dead?
Report dead-on-arrival or shipping damage right away: call 859-993-6911 or email sales@regadget.com, with your proof of purchase.
How do we retire machines too old to send out again?
Add them to your quote: desktops, laptops, monitors and any other end-of-life technology. We pick them up with free ITAD pickup. Some items need special handling; we’ll talk it through.
Will the machines run our contact-center platform?
Tell us what your agents run: a softphone, a browser or a virtual desktop. We match the machines to it when we quote.
Can we show our client the data was destroyed?
Yes. When machines are retired, a Certificate of Destruction for Windows and Apple devices is available on request, one per batch, following NIST SP 800-88.

When does your next class start?
Day one is for training, not unboxing. Tell us your seats, how often you hire, and who owns the machines.
