Pre-owned lifecycle technology for healthcare
Free ITAD pickup for healthcare operators.
Rehab clinics, senior living communities and clinic networks: a free pickup at every site, and every drive wiped in Florence, Kentucky.
Built for operators with many sites
A pickup at each site.
Put the number of sites on the form. We schedule each one, whether that’s one building or dozens.
A packing kit and a bill of lading.
We send the kit and your team packs. For some, we can come out and help you pack and ship. You sign the bill of lading at pickup. Chain of custody maintained throughout the process.
One certificate per batch, on request.
Your compliance lead asks once and gets the Certificate of Destruction for that batch.
Patient data is on those drives.
Clinic and office machines carry patient and staff information long after they leave service. Every drive is wiped in-house before a device is refurbished or recycled, and damaged drives are crushed or shredded instead.
What still has life is rebuilt on our own benches in Florence, Kentucky, and delivered to the nonprofits and schools closing the digital divide. What can’t be saved goes to U.S.-based recyclers.

Questions healthcare operators ask
Is the pickup really free?
Yes. We recover value by giving devices a second life through refurbishment, so standard ITAD carries no charge, at one site or all of them.
How is patient data removed?
Windows and Apple drives are wiped with software to NIST SP 800-88. Back up anything you need to keep first, because after the wipe it’s gone.
What proof do we get?
A Certificate of Destruction for the Windows and Apple devices in each batch, following NIST SP 800-88, available on request, and a summary report of the devices processed and what happened to them.
How long does it take?
Plan on 30 to 45 days from when your devices arrive at our facility. Pickups are scheduled site by site. If you sell devices through buyback, your settlement report comes first, then payment by credit or check.
What about the laptops our home-health staff use?
Machines out with field staff can be retrieved, wiped, re-imaged and sent back out at one flat rate per redeployment.
How many sites are we clearing?
Tell us the number of sites, roughly how many devices in all, and the window you’d like.
