Nonprofit Network
Business-grade refurbished computers for your mission.
In 2025, we delivered 35,000+ refurbished devices to nonprofit partners. Network members get first access to our business-grade refurbished computers to advance their mission of closing the digital divide.

What is the Nonprofit Network?
The Nonprofit Network is the group of nonprofits and community programs that buy refurbished computers from Regadget for the people they serve. Of all the places our refurbished computers can go, we’d rather they go to programs like yours. Members tell us what their program needs. We quote what you need now, and get in touch when devices that fit come in.
Buy refurbished computers for your program, or help us bring in retired ones.
The digital divide isn’t a shortage of computers.
It’s a shortage of working computers in the hands of the people who need one. That’s a distribution problem, and distribution is our business.
We deliver to the programs doing that work, the ones that need working machines more than the newest ones. You place them with the students, families and job-seekers you serve.
How the network works
Join and tell us about your program. Need computers now? Say so.
You get first dibs on our refurbished inventory. When we have bulk lots, we reach out to members first and ask for bids.
We send a quote. Your budget has a real number, and your grant application has a figure to file.
We prepare the devices. On our own benches in Northern Kentucky, ready for the people you serve.
We ship where you hand them out. One address, several sites, or straight to your distribution points. Same machines, same testing as our business buyers get.
Are the devices free?
Not at this time. We’re looking to expand the Nonprofit Network to include special funding for applicants. For now, members buy our refurbished devices with their existing funding or grant money, and because refurbished costs less than new, that money reaches more people.
Every order gets:
- Windows laptops and desktops, and Chromebooks
- Grade A or B on every bulk order
- Genuine, licensed Windows (we’re a Microsoft Recognized Refurbisher)
- Every drive wiped
- A limited warranty for your organization
- One machine or thousands, turned around on short notice
More ways we work with nonprofits
ITAD as a service.
Taking in more donated devices than you can process? We do the pickup, or you ship them to us. We log every device and wipe every drive. One certificate covers the Windows and Apple devices in each batch, and it can go to you or the donor. Terms are flexible.
Refurbish as a service.
No refurbishing line, or more devices than yours can handle? We refurbish them on our own benches for a flat fee per working device, so you can still offer refurbished tech to the people you serve.
Host a tech drive.
Rally your people to bring in donated devices. We provide the collateral and the pickup, at no cost, and every drive is wiped.
What we’ll ask when you join
A few questions, so we only contact you about devices that fit.
- Your organization and who your program serves
- What the computers need to do: homework, job training, getting a family online
- Chromebooks, Windows laptops or desktops, or both
- About how many you buy in a year
- Where they ship: one address, several sites or individual people
Double your reach, even amid funding freezes.
Make every tech dollar go further.

Questions network members ask
Can grant funding pay for the devices?
Yes, if the grant you already have allows it. Each funder sets its own rules, so check yours before you order.
Can we start small and reorder?
Yes. Start with a small lot and come back for the next one.
Does the warranty cover the people we give the computers to?
No. The limited warranty covers your organization as the original buyer and doesn’t transfer. Call 859-993-6911 or email sales@regadget.com right away if a device arrives dead or damaged in shipping.
Who can join?
Nonprofits and community organizations that buy computers for the people they serve, or that take in donated or retired devices.
What happens to computers you can’t refurbish?
They go to U.S.-based recyclers. A majority of working computers are refurbished and sold to their next owners.
