No list? We evaluate the equipment when it arrives and pay fair market value, per model, on whether it passes or fails.
We make logistics easy.
Four steps. Your part is a list and a few boxes.
You tell us what you’re retiring.
A spreadsheet, a photo of the pallet, or a rough count over the phone. You don’t need a perfect asset list to get a number.
We send a valuation, and the packing materials.
With a list, you get per-model pass and fail prices up front. Accept it and we drop-ship the packing materials to your site. We cover all shipping and material costs, with no surprise fees.
You pack it and tell us it’s ready.
That’s the whole ask. Put everything by your loading door and let us know. For some pickups, we can come out and help you pack.
We handle the rest.
Everything ships to our warehouse in Florence, Kentucky, and is handled within 30 to 45 days of arrival: data destruction, testing and grading, your settlement report, and payment. Data destruction certificates cover all Windows and Apple devices (not required for Chromebooks).
What lands in your inbox afterwards

Retiring fewer than a dozen machines? It’s still worth getting a valuation.
What’s my equipment worth?
It depends on the model and its grade. Every machine is tested and graded on our own benches, and every valuation has two prices per model: one for machines that pass and a lower one for machines that fail. You get paid by credit or check.
How we grade
- Pass
- Battery health 40% and up, and everything works: every key, port and speaker, the camera and the trackpad. Light screen marks, small dents or chips, and some wear are fine.
- Fail
- Cracked or badly damaged parts, ports or keys that don’t work, a damaged screen, or several problems at once.
What the settlement report looks like
A line for every device: its grade, the reason if it failed, and which of the two prices it earned. You get it before you’re paid. This is a sample: the organization and details are made up.
Settlement report
| Received | Passed | Failed |
|---|---|---|

What happens to machines that fail?
A machine that fails testing still has value in its parts and raw materials. That’s why every valuation includes a fail price as well as a pass price. Some machines are Beyond Economic Repair: we could fix them, but the repair would cost more than the machine is worth. Those are taken apart for parts and materials, and what can’t be reused goes to U.S.-based recyclers.
Quick answers
Is pickup free if nothing is worth buying?
Yes. Standard ITAD carries no charge, whether or not we make an offer.
Do I need an inventory list?
No. A rough count or a photo is enough to start. A list gets you per-model prices up front.
How long until I’m paid?
Equipment is handled within 30 to 45 days of arriving at our warehouse. Your settlement report comes first, then payment by credit or check.
Is my data safe if my computers are resold?
Yes. Every drive is wiped before a computer is valued or resold.
Get a valuation.
Have a device list? Paste it or attach it and we’ll price each model up front, pass and fail (straight purchase). No list? Three fields are enough, and we price it after testing (sort and settle).
